These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www. lilifinejewellery.com.au (“the website”) and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Lili Fine Jewellery (ABN 19 116 907 156). PAYMENT
All prices quoted in the website are in Australian dollars. Prices quoted are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s or bank cheques and personal cheques (which will have to clear before the item is sent out). Please contact us directly for wire transfer instructions.
ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
If you are paying by credit card, the shipping and billing address associated with the card need to match. This is in order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activity.
Security
We want you to be able to order from lilifinejewellery.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. Our online ordering system uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology – the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to lilifinejewellery.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions. lilifinejewellery.com.au utilises the Thawte digital certificate to achieve this.
RING SIZING
All of our rings can be sized to suit any finger unless specifically stated in the item’s description. The first ring sizing is complimentary. Rings that have been sized by us can be returned as long as it is within our 14 day return policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Lili Fine Jewellery offers FREE domestic shipping on our standard service.
We use Australia Post Express Post and Platinum Express delivery bags with tracking. Please allow 1-3 working days for Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 working days for Australian regional areas. We do deliver to PO boxes in Australia.
International shipping is $100. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might be incurred. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. All packages shipped by Lili Fine Jewellery are fully insured for their purchased price. Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.
The above delivery time frames do not apply to “Made to Order 21-42 Day” items. Our customer service team will provide you with an expected delivery time upon completion of your order.
Please specify when you require the parcel to be delivered on a specified date and we will do everything possible to have it there at that time.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Lili Fine Jewellery will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
RETURN POLICY
All items that have not been customised can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If you are returning an item that was “recreated” or a Lili Fine Jewellery piece that has been customised (i.e. created with smaller or larger stones than the advertised example) the same policy applies, less the 35% deposit. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange. Customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Lili Fine Jewellery might incur by receiving the return. The item being returned must be in a saleable condition. Once confirmed with our customer service team, items can be returned to the below address. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase for a credit note to the full purchase price amount.

WARRANTY
Lili Fine Jewellery offers a free lifetime warranty on all of our jewellery against any manufacturing defects. If you experience any problem with your purchase, you are welcome to arrange or setup an appointment or ship it back to us for evaluation. If we deem the problem a manufacturing issue, Lili Fine Jewellery will repair the item at no expense to the customer. The warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase. Within the first six months of purchase we will replace lost side or accent diamonds if we deem it to be a manufacturing defect. After six months of purchase all missing side or accent diamonds will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer. Any repairs or work not completed by Lili Fine Jewellery will void our warranty. We stress the importance of choosing jewellery that is appropriate for your lifestyle.
DISCLAIMER
All diamonds shown on our website are natural, untreated diamonds. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the item colour, as the display of colour depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used to observe the image. Pieces could go out of stock before we are able to remove them from the site. Should this occur, we will notify you. We make every attempt to only show our users correct information. From time to time inaccurate data may be displayed due to system error. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing as a result of the above, and will not honour any incorrect prices. Under no circumstances will Lili Fine Jewellery be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
PRIVACY
Protecting your information is a priority. We will use the contact information we collect, to consult with you (via email or telephone), so we can keep you up to date with our latest purchases and to streamline our services to better suit your requirements. We will share your delivery address with necessary shipping companies. Sizing
Please be aware that ring sizes shown on lilifinejewellery.com.au reflect Australian/UK standard sizing. For example, a ring size 3 in the U.S. would be size F in Australian sizing. You can use the International Ring Size Chart to convert your size accordingly.
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably – tight enough that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. When measuring your finger, for best results measure at the end of the day and when your fingers are warm as finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather (fingers are generally smaller in the early morning and when cold). Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading and avoid using string or paper to measure ring size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.
All other sizing listed on lilifinejewellery.com.au, i.e. diameter, width, etc. utilise the metric system of measurement and are generally in centimetres (cm) or millimetres (mm).
